This is to say: go to NAVHDA portal login (i.e., <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.navhda.us\/auth\/login\">https:\/\/portal.navhda.us\/auth\/login<\/a> ) enter your credentials (NAVHDA id and password). Notice you may need to enter a one-time code to comply with two factor authentication (2FA) procedure. You can either use an authenticator or ask for the code be sent via e-mail at your NAVHDA registered e-mail address. For more details see <a href=\"https:\/\/ovnavhda.mazarol-gate.org\/index.php\/101-access-navhda-portal\/\">101 Access NAVHDA portal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Canada:\u00a0<\/strong>Test payment can be made by INTERAC e-Transfer to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ottawavalleynavhda@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ottawavalleynavhda@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>US:<\/strong>\u00a0OVNAVHDA will invoice you through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using this method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the number of applications reaches the maximum of the NAVHDA sanctioned test capacity chart, any additional entry will be assigned on a reserve list. Please be aware of the following rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Owners (or at least one owner of co-owned dogs) and any handler must be current NAVHDA International members in order to enter into a test and run a dog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No handler may run more than 2 dogs in either the spring or fall test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only the dog registered for a test will be able to participate. No substitutions will be allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-expand ub-expand\" id=\"ub-expand-94321fc0-c6c7-427f-8479-fb2584d95416\" data-scroll-type=\"false\" data-scroll-amount=\"\" data-scroll-target=\"\">\n<div class=\"ub-expand-portion ub-expand-partial wp-block-ub-expand-portion\" id=\"ub-expand-partial-e3825c3d-c50b-4286-88ab-182b60980d87\" aria-hidden=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p><strong><strong>If you plan to test: be sure to follow the official procedure filling your application via the NAVHDA member portal.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t<a id=\"ub-expand-toggle-partial-e3825c3d-c50b-4286-88ab-182b60980d87\" class=\"ub-expand-toggle-button\" style=\"text-align: left; \" role=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"ub-expand-full-e3825c3d-c50b-4286-88ab-182b60980d87\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t\tshow more\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ub-expand-portion ub-expand-full ub-hide wp-block-ub-expand-portion\" id=\"ub-expand-full-e3825c3d-c50b-4286-88ab-182b60980d87\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please ensure all information you enter on the test entry form is accurate. Be aware by default NAVHDA portal select the owner as the handler! It will be based on many factors such as male vs female, NA vs UPT vs UT, operational constraints and consultations with the senior judge. Please note that the running order is always subject to change and can only be finalised on the morning of the test. As well, regardless of the running order, all handlers and their dogs need to be present on site at the time the test begins\/judges\u2019 introduction.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-890f167b-2f5c-4ebc-a9e5-456334ca7bd2\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-5-caf76f4d-ab06-4072-b0b6-bd859b1ad35b\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-caf76f4d-ab06-4072-b0b6-bd859b1ad35b\" style=\"color: #000000; \">REFUNDS<\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap left\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-5-caf76f4d-ab06-4072-b0b6-bd859b1ad35b\">\n\n<p>No entry fees will be refunded except in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75% refund up to 45 days before the test date (no refund on day 45)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for entries on waiting list for which no room was found in a test.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OV NAVHDA may consider refunds for exceptional situations but subject to the review and approval of the Executive Committee.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1;
